FAQ
1. How do I book a photo session?
Choose the session type you’re interested in and submit an inquiry. Your date is secured after the required booking retainer and signed agreement are received.
2. When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance and all required signed documents must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions that are not fully cleared by that deadline may be cancelled or released.
3. What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor conditions are evaluated approximately 24 hours before the session. If weather makes the session unsafe or impractical, we’ll reschedule without penalty.
4. Do you provide RAW files?
No. Final galleries include photographs selected and professionally edited by Vincent Morrow Photography. RAW or unedited files are not delivered.
5. Can I choose the location?
Yes. We can discuss location options during planning. Client-selected private or restricted locations may require permission from the property owner or venue.
6. How long will my gallery remain available?
Completed client galleries are guaranteed to remain available for at least 90 days after delivery.
